1. General Information
By booking and participating in our Segway tour, you agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before your tour.
2. Participation Requirements
• Maximum and minimum weight limits apply (35 kg – 120 kg).
• Pregnant individuals and those with serious health conditions should not participate.
• Participants must follow all instructions given by the tour guide for their safety.
• Anyone under the influence of alcohol or drugs will not be allowed to participate.
3. Safety & Liability
• Helmets are mandatory and will be provided.
• Participants assume all risks associated with riding a Segway.
• We are not responsible for personal injuries, loss, or damage to personal belongings.
• You are required to sign a disclaimer before the tour begins.
4. Booking & Cancellation Policy
• Cancellations made 24 hours before the tour will receive a full refund.
• No-shows or late cancellations will not be refunded.
• The tour may be canceled or rescheduled due to bad weather or unforeseen circumstances, in which case you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.
5. Tour Rules
• Follow the guide and stay with the group at all times.
• Do not operate the Segway recklessly or endanger others.
• Respect pedestrians and other road users.
• Any damage caused to the Segway due to reckless behavior will be charged to the participant.
6. Privacy Policy
• We respect your privacy. Any personal data collected during booking will not be shared with third parties.
• Photos taken during the tour may be used for promotional purposes unless you request otherwise.
7. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Republic of Croatia.
